My girlfriend likes to cook. I like to eat. It works out well for the both of us. Ideally this will be a record of our our kitchen adventures. We are both former Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV Paraguay 2012; 2013), so while there ARE recipes, the dishes are often interpreted in such a way that Marisa can use what we have on hand. The key concepts are flexibility, budget, and taste. For the record, I do most of the dishwashing.
